About

I'm Atiq Md Rezaul Hoque Turjo (Turjo), Founder & CEO, NextCTL, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I build AI agents for business and AI automation for SME owners and founders in North America, Europe/UK and the UAE: AI receptionist workflows with Vapi/Retell voice agents, RAG knowledge assistants, MCP integrations and CRM automation. Every agent ships with scoped permissions, an activity log and human handoff. I'm Co-Founder of SocialCTL, a live AI social media team, and RealtyCTL is NextCTL's brand for real estate agents and loan officers. Building software since 2010, with 150+ projects.
