About

I run ContactCentre.ie and build two things I wish existed. Dagmor turns recorded customer calls into transcripts, flexible scripts, human checks and reports people can act on. Discover Alone is a free map of more than a million places across Ireland and Britain, with Explorer Tom's lively guides where he's covered a place.
