Jacob Malherbe is the founder and CEO of Mass Tort Ad Agency (MTAA), a Meta Business Partner and Inc. 5000 honoree that has managed more than $250 million in Meta ad spend for over 600 law firms. He got his start in legal marketing during the 2010 BP oil spill and has run Meta campaigns for mass torts since 2015. He is the author of two books for the plaintiff bar, A Lawyer's Guide to Facebook and A Lawyer's Guide to Mass Torts. He is also a builder. Jacob co-owns PlatinumProfile.ai, runs more than 350 Cloudflare Workers and AI agents across his businesses, and is launching YAB-E, a pricing engine that AI agents can negotiate with. He lives in Winter Garden, Florida, with his wife Rose-Anna and their five children.
